Biologische Aktivität Baclofen ist ein Skelettmuskelrelaxans, das bei der Behandlung von Spastik spinalen und zerebralen Ursprungs. Obwohl es als racemisches Gemisch vermarktet wird, ist nur das Baclofen R-Enantiomer stereospezifisch an sogenannten GAGAB-Rezeptoren aktiv.
